I offer my sincere condolences to the Carey family at the passing of Robert P. Carey Jr. I have known "Bobbo" for over 10 years. I have worked with him on many construction jobs over the years and considered him a good friend. We enjoyed many social activities at the Triangle Club, Stascak's Cafe and several get-togethers with mutual friends over the years. He helped me move once, helped me with some home improvements, and even loaned me small amounts of money when I needed it and vice-versa. He always paid me back, and I always did the same. I invited him to celebrate my 50th birthday, my treat, with other friends at Bart & Urbys and then at the Wailers show later that night at the Kirby center in October of 2014 and appreciated his company and comedy. We exchanged Easter greetings texts just a few weeks ago and his humor, as always, had me laughing my butt off! I will miss him, his humor, his kindness, his company and especially his love for the band Slayer and other heavy metal headbanger bands, though not exactly my favorite genre of music, but I respected his fervor nonetheless. Rest in peace Bobbo, or as I think his preferred spelling was "Bobo." I will miss you my friend! Sincere sympathies, Norbert Katarsky Jr. 1075 Wyoming Avenue Exeter, PA 18643
