Timothy E. Turnbaugh, Jr., 37 of Plains Township, passed away Thursday morning, September 16, 2021.

Born in Plains, he was the son of Elaine (Serra) Turnbaugh and the late Timothy E. Turnbaugh, Sr.

Timmy was a graduate of James M. Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre, and was employed as a laborer in the construction industry. A fixture in Plains Township, Timmy was always willing to lend a helping hand to the many residents in town.  He was an avid Philadelphia Sports Fan, loved listening to music, and would often be seen with his brother Rick, buying his lottery tickets at Sheehan’s Pharmacy and Turkey Hill.  The love Timmy had and gave to family and friends was bigger than himself.

He was preceded in death by his father Timothy E. Turnbaugh, Sr. on January 9, 2014.

Surviving in addition to his mother Elaine are his brother Frank Turnbaugh and his wife Rosemarie, Blakely, sisters Amy Vissotski and her husband Anthony, Plains, and Heather Sebastianelli and her husband Ron, Springhill, FL, and brother and Best Friend Rick Turnbaugh, Plains, several nieces and nephews.

Private family funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family from the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA  18705.  A Celebration of Timmy’s Life will be held at a later date.
