Theresa A. Everhart, 92 of Plains Township, passed away Sunday morning, November 21, 2021 at River View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Plains.

Born in Plains, she was the daughter of the late Roman and Veronica (Sweeda) Stachurski.

Theresa was a graduate of Plains Memorial High School, and was employed as a garment worker at Plains Blouse until her retirement. She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Church, Plains. Theresa was an avid BINGO player. She played BINGO throughout the Valley for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Francis H. Everhart on December 8, 1999, sisters Bertha Winiewicz, Jenny Karaffa, Sophie Wolyniec, and Dolores “Dolly” Mocion, brothers Anthony “Doc”, Stanley, and Edward “Edge” Stachurski.

Surviving are her daughter Elaine Wallace, Forty Fort, son Gary Everhart and his wife Jacalyn, Mountain Top, granddaughters Janelle Savage and her husband Jason, Rebecca Everhart, and Rachel Wallace, sister Florence Walsh, Leesbury, FLA, many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 29, 2021 at 10:00 am at Saints Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA 18705, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. A Live Stream of the Funeral Mass will be on Saints Peter & Paul Parish FACEBOOK page. Inurnment will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton Section of Wyoming. Family and friends may call Monday morning from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at church. Arrangements entrusted to the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705.

Memorial donations may be made to Saints Peter & Paul Church Food Pantry, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA 18705.
