Romaine S. Lusaitis, 69 of Plains Township, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 31, 2018 at Timber Ridge HCC, Plains.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Florence (Franchella) Fabrini.

Romaine attended Plains Township schools and was a homemaker all of her life.  She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Church, Plains.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Surviving are her husband of 41 years, Joseph Lusaitis, and their son Jason Lusaitis, both of Plains, sister-in-law Audrey Lusaitis, Shavertown, aunt and uncle Suzy and Edward Niznik, Mountain Lake, cousins Genie DePascle, Yatesville, Shirley Soboleski, Wilkes-Barre, Antoinette Ropieski, Pittston, and several other cousins.

Romaine’s family would like to thank the nurses, aides, and staff of Timber Ridge for the wonderful and compassionate care given to Romaine.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 at 10:00 am at Saints Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating.  Interment will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming.  Family and friends may call Friday morning from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at church.
