Robert “Bob” Donahue, 66, passed away suddenly on March 23, 2021 at his residence in Bear Creek Township.

Born in Kingston, he was the eldest child of the late Robert L. and Mary Louise (Flanagan) Donahue.

Bob was a graduate of St. John’s High School, Pittston and Luzerne County Community College. An avid reader, Bob was very knowledgeable about animals and plants, which he taught to children in pre-school classrooms and on field trips and excursions. He was also an avid gardener and talented artist.

Bob is survived by his brother Jerry Donahue and his wife Marilyn, his sister Mary Lou Donahue, nieces and nephews Erin and Chris Wilcox, Sean, Michael, Sarah, and Emily.
