Kathleen Badera Schall, 85, of Plains Township, passed away Monday May 9, 2022 at Riverstreet Manor, Wilkes-Barre, where she had been a resident for 4 years.

Born in Larksville on December 19, 1936 she was the daughter of the late Wasil and Martha (Kotz) Badera.

Kathleen was a graduate of Larksville High School and was employed by R.C.A. of Mountain Top for 39 years.

She enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and going to Penn State Football and Philadelphia Phillies games. She was a former member of the Shawnee Senior Citizens. Kathleen was an avid animal lover and ensured all of her pets had a wonderful and long life.

In addition to her Parents she was preceded in death by her Husband Leonard L. Schall on February 21, 2003, Son Leonard Schall, Jr. on March 12, 2016, brothers Frank, George, and Joseph Badera.

Surviving are her grandchildren Christopher Schall and his wife Breana, Exeter, and Dayna Chapin and husband Gary, Plymouth; great-grandchildren Isaiah Schall, McKenzie Chapin, Beckham Chapin, Colton Schall, and Madelynn Schall, nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held Monday, May 16, 2022 at 9:30 am at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Saints Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA 18705, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township. A Live Stream of the Funeral Mass will be on Saints Peter & Paul Parish FACEBOOK page. Family and friends may call Monday morning from 8:30 am until 9:30 am at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc.
