Mrs. Irene Pascucci, 93, of Plains Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Allied Services Hospice Center, Scranton, while lovingly surrounded by her family.

Irene was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 17, 1927, daughter of the late Frank and Virginia (Centini) Donini. She grew up with her family in the Keystone section of Plains and worked in retail until she met and married her loving husband of 67 years, Frank Pascucci Jr. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Pascucci, Jr. on January 8, 2005, her beloved daughter, Christina Pascucci, brother, Joseph Donini and sister Lee Zofcin.

She is survived by her children, Joseph and Sharon Pascucci of Hanover, Lori Ann and Salvatore Leggio of Plains, Jacqueline Pascucci and Fiancé Dr. Darrell Evans of Plains, Francesca (French) and Paul Czachor of Royersford, PA, her brother Frank Donini and wife Carole of Wake Forest, North Carolina. Her grandchildren, Jolene, Joseph, Frankie, Luke, Megan, Salvatore, Adriana. Her great grandchildren, Christian, Aubrielle, John Paul, Isabella, Liliana, Salvatore and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held to celebrate her life on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 10:00 am at Saints Peters and Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA 18705, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. The service will be streamed live on Saints Peter & Paul Parish FACEBOOK page for those who wish to join from the safety of their homes.
