Howard K. Winters Sr. 64 of Pittston, died Thursday evening at Geisinger Medical Center, Plains Twp., Pa.

Born in West Pittston, he was the son of the late Howard and Ruth (Yost) Winters and was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School, Class of 1970.

Howard was a printer at Kappa Graphics, Pittston until his retirement and was a member of the GCIU Printers Union and a member of the United Methodist Church, West Pittston.

Surviving are his sons, Howard Jr., Kingston and Christopher, Sugar Notch; grandchildren, Dominick Ridley, Joshua Winters and Lyla Winters; brother David Winters, Pittston.

Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours.
