Grace A. Loftus, of West Pittston, passed away Sunday morning, May 22, 2016 at Geisinger Woming Valley Hospital, Plains.

Born in Jenkins Township, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Kearns) Loftus and was a graduate of Pittston Central High School, Pittston.

Grace was emplolyed for Catholic Social Services at the Gabriel House, in food preparation for Seaton Catholic and Wyoming Area Catholic High Schools until her retirement. She was a member of the Golden Age Club, The I.L.G.W.U., and Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston.

Grace was preceded in death by her Brothers, James, Robert, Joseph and Thomas Loftus.

Surviving are her Sister, Mae Deeb, Philadelphia, many Nephews and Nieces.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 10:00 am in Corpus Christi Parish, Immaculate Conception Church, Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston. Interment will be held in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Pittston. Grace’s family will receive friends from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at church.
