Della Bowman, 99 of Laflin, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Center, Trumbull, CT, with her family at her side.

A lifelong resident of Laflin, PA, she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Philomena (DiGiovanni) Rinaldi.

Della was employed as a seamstress in the area garment factories and enjoyed sewing for her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clement Bowman, Brothers Frank Ranaudo, Charles Rinaldi, Sisters Regina Pannunzio & Mary Answini, and nephew Dominick Pannunzio, ESQ.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Jean Kabusk and her husband Thomas, granddaughter Debra Simna, great-grandson Zachary Simna, step-daughters Mary Jane Tomasetti, Ann Jamieson and her husband Jack, and sister-in-law Pauline Wrazien. She treasured the love of her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-grand-nieces and nephews, and her Godchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 10:00 am in St. Maria Goretti Church, 42 Redwood Drive Laflin, PA 18702. Family and friends are asked to go directly to St. Maria Goretti Church Wednesday morning. The Parish Rosary Group will pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and Rosary 30 minutes in the church before mass. All are invited to attend. Private interment will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming.
