Cecelia “Ceil” Toloczko, 89, of Plains Township, passed away Monday morning, March 14, 2016 at River Street Manor, Wilkes-Barre.

Born and raised in Wilkes-Barre Township, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Wielgosz) Bilski and graduated from Wilke-Barre Township High School.

Prior to her marriage and relocating to Plains, Ceil was a billing clerk at Central Slipper, Wilkes-Barre Township.

She was a member of SS.Peter & Paul Church Plains, where she and her daughter Sandra volunteered at the Church Food Pantry for many years.

Ceil loved decorating her house for all occasions (Holidays) and traveling with her family. Also she enjoyed gardening, painting, shopping, trying new restaurants, and going to the Mohegan Sun.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Ted, on February 6, 2014, and most recently her sister Marie M. Siemon on December 25, 2015. She is also preceded in death by her twin Brother, Alexander, brothers, Walter, Benjamin, Anthony and Chester; Sisters, Josephine Andrews and Loretta Winiewicz.

Ceil is survived by her daughter Sandra Toloczko, at home several nephews and nieces and friends.

A special “Note of Thanks’ to the River Street Manor’s staff for all their outstanding and compassionate care of Ceil, and reverend Geaaro P. Aguilar for his weekly visits and special blessings.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 9:00 am from the Corcoran Funeral Home Inc., 20 South Main Street Plains, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in SS. Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road Plains, with Father John C. Lambert, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming.

Family and friends may call Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
