Caroline B. Bailey, 90 of Plains Township, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 7, 2021 at her home with her sons at her side.

Born in Plains, Caroline was the daughter of the late Dr. Milton A. and Martha (Hall) Barton.

She attended Plains elementary school and was a graduate of Wyoming Seminary High School, Kingston.  Caroline served our country as a proud United States Marine and was a former member of the Plains American Legion, Joseph E. Conlon, Post 558.

She was employed as a Rural Service Representative for the Department of Labor, Wilkes-Barre, and was a member of the First Church of Christ, Kingston.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Son, Timothy Bailey, and her brother Russell Bilby.

Surviving are her sons Donald and Ronald Bailey, at home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 10:00 am from the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street Plains, with Reverend Jane M. Pykus, her Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Mount Greenwood Cemetery, Trucksville, PA.

Friends may call Thursday morning from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
