Ann (Dunsmuir) Cease, 63 of Ottawa, Ohio, and formerly of Plains, Twp., passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Grandview Nursing Home, Ottawa, Ohio.

Born in Plains, she was the daughter of the late David & Rita (Blakeslee) Dunsmuir.

Ann attended James M. Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre, and was employed by Zayre’s Department Store and last for Mr. Z’s, Plains.

She was preceded in death by her brother Billy Dunsmuir and her sister Marion Tregaskis.

Surviving are her daughters Jennifer Shires and her husband Timothy, Berwick, Tammi Dunsmuir, Ottawa, OH, and Sarahann Dunsmuir, Cincinnati, OH, sons Glenn Cease and his wife Grace, Ottawa, OH, and Michael Dunsmuir and his companion Tara, Plymouth, grandchildren Nichole, Tristyn, Harlie, Caden, Shawn, Christopher, Makynna, Lauren, and Tiernan, great-granddaughter Rori, brothers and sisters, David Dunsmuir and his wife Rose, Plains, Joan Smith and her husband Gary, Forty Fort, Rita Luse, Kingston, Jean Elick and her husband Ron, Lansdale, Donald Dunsmuir, Wilkes-Barre, Shirley Baird, and her husband William, Plymouth, Margaret Augustaitus and her husband Leo, Wilkes-Barre, Thomas Dunsmuir and his wife Kathy, Plains, Bobby Dunsmuir and his wife Nancy, Wilkes-Barre, and John Dunsmuir, Wyoming; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Ann will be held Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street Plains, PA  18705, with Rev. Dr. Paul Amara, pastor of the Plains United Methodist Church, Officiating.  Friends may call Saturday morning from 9:00 am till 10:00 at the funeral home.
