Walter E. Baird, Jr., 91 of Blakeslee, passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 29, 2015 at ManorCare Health Care Center, Kingston. He was the husband of the late Elma (Shafer) Baird, who passed away on December 27, 2014, and was an Army Air Forces Veteran of World War II.
