Nancy, I’m so sorry to hear that your husband passed away. Life can be very cruel. Remember all the good times that you had together and cherish them and Stephen will be in your heart forever. Lita Insalaco

Steve and Nancy as a couple were a great inspiration to all those around them. Despite the numerous challenges they faced personally, they were always willing to lend their love and support to all, whether family, friends, neighbors or complete strangers. Their faith was deep and they lived it every day. Although I'd lost track of them for many years, I was not surprised to learn that Steve, through his many endeavors following our time together, was still answering the calling of his Lord wherever he saw the need. I'm confident that Nancy will carry on Steve's legacy of unflinching service for whatever years are left to her. Micah 6:8 - Do justly, Love mercy, and Walk Humbly with Thy God.

Galatians 6:9. And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. The number of people who called Steve family is innumerable. He truly reaped what he sowed. I honored that he called me family. Years apart did not change that. He and his family took this Canadian in and stood up for her when it felt like her world was crumbling down. He encouraged me. He acted as a father when mine was gone, giving sound advice and encouragement. He spoke the word and put faith in it. Years later when Dave or the kids would call, he was always there asking in the background how I was doing. You will be missed. You were loved beyond measure. Well done, good and faithful servant ❤️
