Rosalie “Cookie” Dudeck, 81 of Plains Township, passed away Sunday afternoon, January 31, 2021 at Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carbondale, PA.

Born in Dupont, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Helen (Karkut) Cebula, Sr.

Cookie was a graduate of Dupont High School, was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Church, Plains, and was a homemaker all of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Gerald Dudeck, Sr. on October 2, 2016, daughter-in-law Wendy Joy (Thomas) Dudeck sister Mary Koytek, and brothers Stanley, Jr., John, and Andrew Cebula.

Surviving are her daughter Suzanne Kennedy and her husband William, Laflin, sons Gerald Dudeck, Jr., and Kevin Dudeck, both of Plains, grandchildren Khyla Thomas, Lauren Dudeck, and Landen Kennedy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 5, 2021 at 10:00 am at Saints Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA 18705, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. Due to the ongoing pandemic, restrictions have been put in place. Those attending, please follow the practice of social distancing, and masks are required at all times at the church. Private interment will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming. Arrangements entrusted to the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705.
