Robert T. Hillard, 69, of Kingston, passed away unexpected Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

Born in Wilkes-Barre on July 21, 1953, he was the son of the late Frederick and Jean (Young) Hillard.

Robert was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, Plymouth and was employed for Keystone Automotive of Exeter, until his retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman.

Surviving are his daughters, Lora Knowles and husband, Bruce, Shavertown, Jeanne Marie Hillard and her companion Jim Kaminski, Eagleville, PA, Son Bobby Hillard and his companion Kate Conway, Monterey, California, Grandchildren, Bruce Knowles, Jr., and Makenzie Knowles, Sister Susan Kahley and husband “Buddy”, Inverness, Florida; Brother Joseph Hillard and wife Maryann, Nanticoke, PA, nephews and nieces.

As per Robert’s wishes, funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family with burial in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
