Patrick Cook

Patrick Cook, 78, of Jenkins Township, passed away Wednesday July 3, 2024 at Allied Hospice, Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on January 17, 1946, he was the son of the late Anthony L. and Isabelle (Rhodes) Cook.

He attended Wilkes-Barre Area Schools and was employed for Golden Tech until his retirement.

Pat loved telling jokes, fishing and loved his cats.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Anthony and Ronald Cook and sisters Anna Webb and Marylou Butry.

Surviving are his wife of 55 years Marlene Haydock Cook, Jenkins Township, son, James Cook and his wife Colleen, Forty Fort; daughter, Marlena Mondulick and her husband George, Plains, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Willian Cook and his wife Joyce, Pittston, Robert Cook and his wife Rose, Virginia, sisters; Patricia Benn, Hanover Township, and Susan Eaton and her husband Robert, Florida, nephews and nieces.

Private family funeral services with inurnment will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming.  There will be no calling hours.
