Patricia A. Krulack, 74 of Plains Township, passed away Sunday morning, October 29, 2017 at her home with her husband Norman by her side.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Guerino “Fred” and Margaret (Lukus) Tontini.

Pat was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Plains, Class of 1961, and Wilkes-Barre General School of Nursing, Class of 1964. She was employed as a registered nurse for 32 years with Dr. H. Penugonda, until her retirement. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Plains, and currently Saints Peter & Paul Church, Plains.

She was preceded in death by her son Gregory Krulack.

Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Norman E. Krulack, Plains, brother Michael Tontini and his wife Patricia, Florida, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 10:00 am in Saints Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road, Plains, PA, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. Private Entombment will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming. Family and friends may call Thursday morning from 9:00 am until the time of mass at church.
