Michael J. Fosko

Michael J. Fosko, 79 of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Florida Medical Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Born in Plains, PA on October 29, 1943, he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Justine (Katsock) Fosko, Sr.

Michael was a graduate of Wyoming Seminary High School, and Penn State University, earning his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.  He was employed for the state of Florida as an electrical engineer until his retirement.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Paul P. Fosko and Paul’s wife Patricia Whalen Fosko.

Surviving are his sister-in-law Margaret Fosko, wife of his brother Joseph J. Fosko, Jr., who passed away November 11, 2023, of New Providence, NJ, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Michael will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 11:30 am at Sacred Heart Slovak Cemetery, Dorchester Drive, Dallas, PA.  Arrangements entrusted to the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA  18705.
