Mary Ann Lazovich, 79, of Plains Township, died Saturday evening, May 2, 2015 at her home.

Born in the Miners Mills section of Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine (Hoffman) Coffay.

She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, Plains Township and was employed by Muskin Pools until her retirement.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband Sylvester “Chet” Lazovich on March 22, 2004, grandson Mark Lazovich, brothers & sisters, Nancy Litchman, Corine Brown, Lois Hopple, Joan Snarski, Margaret Green, Adrienne Toole, Joseph & William Coffay, Infant sister Mary Joan Coffay.

Surviving are her Children, Michael Lazovich and his wife Sandy, Plains, Mary Yurgaitis and her husband Charles, Hanover Township, Linda Motsko and her husband Barry, Plains, and Tina Barber and her husband Chip, Hanover Township; Grandchildren, Michael, Brandi, Charlene, Andrew, Jacob, Matthew, Amanda, Candis, Kaili, Gillian and Emily; Great-Grandchildren , Sabrina, Dasani, Rodney, Aiden, Dylan, Michael and Lucas, several Nephews and Nieces.

Funeral Services for Mary Ann will be held at a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.

Memorial donations if desired may be made to the family to help with the funeral expenses.
