Mary Ann Cerza, 70 of Yatesville, passed away Saturday evening, June 11, 2022 at her home.

Born in Pittston on October 19, 1951, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Naomi B. (Roche) Gilroy.

Mary Ann was a graduate of St. John the Evangelist High School, Pittston, and was employed as an office worker for various business, most recently for WVIA-TV, Old Boston, and Benco Dental, Jenkins Township. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph C. Cerza on March 7, 2016, son Carmen Cerza, and brother William F. Gilroy, III.

Surviving are her daughter Sandy Jackson and her husband James, Pittston, grandson Tyler Jackson, brother James Gilroy, Allentown, PA.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family from the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705.
