Marie M. Shrader, 88, of Wilkes-Barre passed away November 15, 2016 at Celtic Hospice in Wilkes-Barre with her family by her side.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Appollonia (Check) Baloga.

Marie attended James M. Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre and was employed as a Machinist for Bundle of Joy, Wilkes-Barre and was a member of the I.L.G.W.U. Marie was a former and life member of Sacred Heart Slovak Church and now a member of St Andre Bessette Parish, St. Stanislaus Church, Wilkes-Barre.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Shrader on October 22, 1975; Great Grandson Tyler M. Shrader, Sisters Sophie Baloga, Bertha Godlewski, Pauline Lutostansky, and Helen Wasielewski, Brothers William, Albert, John, and Joseph Baloga.

Surviving are he sons Gary Shrader and his Wife Theresa, Wilkes-Barre and Christopher Shrader and his wife Linda, Trucksville; Daughters, Judith Ann Trebunak, and her husband John, and Marcella Antolik, and her husband Mark, both of Wilkes-Barre: Grandchildren, Brian Suhamski, David Shrader, Jonathan and Steven Trebunak, Shane and Jesse Shrader, Jayme and Heather Antolik, Mark and Matthew Shrader, Great Grandchildren, Nicholas, Cara, Lucas, Logan, Ava, Damien and Weston Shrader, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 9:30 am from the Corcoran Funeral Home Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains. With a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Stanislaus Church, 668 North Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA with Father Kenneth Seeger, Pastor officiating. Interment will be held at Sacred Heart Slovak Cemetery, Dallas.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 7 pm Thursday.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN, 38105
