Leroy N. Conduff, 76 of Hanover Twp., passed away Wednesday evening, December 13, 2017 at his home with his wife of 39 years, daughter, family and friends at his side.

Leroy was born in Newton County, Missouri, son of the late Roy and Leota (Leamon) Conduff, and was a graduate of Darby High School, Wichita, Kansas.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving for 20 years from 1959 to 1979, retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. Leroy served two tours of duty in Vietnam and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Commendation Medal 2nd OLC, Meritorious Unit Commendation 1st OLC, Republic of Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, and the Good Conduct Medal 6th Award. He then worked at Valley Manufacturing for 10 years before his final retirement.

He was an avid bowler with two 300 Games, loved tinkering in his workshop and spending time at the Casino.

Leroy is survived by his wife of 39 years, the former Sylvia Shemanski, Hanover Twp., daughter Lisa Grilli and her husband Dr. Joseph Grilli, Jenkins, Twp., grandchildren Dr. Christopher and Dr. Jennifer Grilli, Wilmington, Delaware, and Kaitlyn Grilli, Tucson, Arizona, great-grandson Maxwell Grilli, sister Barbara Brand, Augusta, Kansas, sisters and brothers-in-law Delphine Bienicki, Jack Burns, Fran Hopkins, Rose and Joe Politz, and Robert and Judy Melovitz, numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. Michalene Torbik and staff, Dr. Bruce Saidman and staff and the wonderful staff at Celtic Hospice for their compassionate care of Leroy and his family.

Funeral Services with Military Honors will be held Monday, December 18, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705. Family and friends may call Monday morning from 9:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Private interment with Military Honors will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA, at the convenience of the family.
