Kreshock, 81 of Buck Township, passed away Sunday evening, July 12, 2020 at Geisinger South, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Plains, he was the son of the late John B. and Anna (Brulo) Kreshock. John was a graduate of Plains Memorial High School, and earned his certification as a machinist in Philadelphia. He was employed as a machinist at Walter Tool and Dye, Wilkes-Barre and Cornell Iron Works, Mountain Top. John was also employed as a security guard at RCA, Mountain Top. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Church, Bear Creek, and the Iron Workers Union. John was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed going camping. He and his wife Bernadine also enjoying going on cruises. John was also a talented craftsman and was a dog trainer. He was preceded in death by his High School Sweetheart and Wife of 47 years, the former Bernadine Eustice on October 2, 2005. Surviving are his twin daughters, Sheryl Concini and her husband Robert, and Sharon Washko, all of Bear Creek Township, grandchildren Amber Rae and Bonnie Washko and Kendall and Dylan Concini, great-grandson King Unique Grim. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 10:00 am in St. Elizabeth’s Church, 5700 Bear Creek Blvd., Bear Creek, PA 18702. Those attending the funeral mass, please go directly to church Thursday morning. Interment will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Plains. Family and friends may call Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705. Due to the ongoing pandemic, restrictions have been put in place by the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Those attending the viewing at the funeral home and the Funeral Mass, please follow the practice of social distancing and masks are required.
