Joan M. Buchko, 84 of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Sunday morning, April 29, 2018 at River Street Manor Nursing Home, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late John and Martha (Koscielski) Buchko.

Joan was a graduate of James M. Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre, class of 1951 and was employed as a secretary at Prestige Shoe, Wilkes-Barre.

She was preceded in death by her brother Joseph Buczko.

Surviving are her cousin Lorraine Pryor, Wilkes-Barre, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton section of Wyoming.
