Obituaries » Frank T. Rutledge August 30, 2014 Frank T. Rutledge, 39 of West Pittston, passed away Saturday morning, August 30, 2014, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Born in West Pittston, he was the son of Dorothy (Tilletski) Wendol of Slocum Township, and the late Francis W. Rutledge. Frank was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School, and was employed for Latona Trucking. Frank is a man that when you met him you knew you had a friend forever. He had an infectious laugh, smile, blue eyes that would melt you heart, and a heart of gold. His friends, who he loved as his family, have lost a special man. What can you say about a man who was loved by everyone’s life he touched. Frank was a very hard worker and would always be there for anyone who needed him at any time. The word NO was not in his vocabulary. His three rules of life were: never say you’re sorry, never say Thank You, and never make me repeat myself. Frank was a fan and loved UFC fighting, Fantasy Football where he would argue and feud with his friends over draft picks and roster choices, the Pittsburg Steelers, Notre Dame Football, and the New York Yankees. Frank also loved his two cats Baba and Caesar that sadly left him, and he loved the ocean and always wanted to swim with the dolphins. Everybody’s life that Frank has touched will be sadly missing a part of their heart. He will be sadly missed, but never forgotten by all that knew him. Heaven has received a true angel. He was preceded in death by his father Francis W. Rutledge. Surviving are his girlfriend Kathy Webb, West Pittston, mother Dorothy Wendol, Slocum Township, Paternal grandmother Jessie (Jaye) Rutledge, West Pittston, sisters Jennifer Wendol, Nanticoke, and Gail Marosevitch and her husband Randy, Plymouth, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Funeral services for Frank will be held Thursday evening, September 4, 2014 at 6:30 pm at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street Plains, PA 18705. Friends may call Thursday from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the SPCA of Luzerne County, 524 E. Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.Frank T. Rutledge
