Dorothea K. Kasper, 86 of Larksville, passed away Saturday evening, April 2, 2016 at Celtic Hospice, Inpatient Care Unit, Geisinger South, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Clarence J. and Ruth (McKennon) Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her husband Louis Kasper on June 27, 2007, son Dr. David Kasper on August 20, 2015, sisters Norma Andrews and Bernadine Kelly and her brother Clarence Kelly, Jr.

Surviving are her son Atty. Samuel Kasper and his wife Doreen, Mountain Top, daughter-in-law Maria Kasper, Shavertown, granddaughter Alison Kasper, nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held Thursday, April 7, 2016 from the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc. 20 South Main Street Plains, with Trisagion Services conducted by Father David Hester, Pastor of St. Mary’s Church at 9:15 am at the funeral home, followed by Services at 10:00 AM in St. Mary’s Antiochian Orthodox Church, 905 South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Antiochian Orthodox Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
