Delores Miscavage Parry

Delores Miscavage Parry, 96 of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Monday evening, July 29, 2024 at Allied Hospice Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre, after a brief illness.

Born on May 10, 1928 in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Consavage) Miscavage.

Delores was a graduate of James M. Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre, and the Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York.  She was employed in retail sales in the clothing industry.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ted Parry in 1975, and her brothers Francis, Joseph and Edward Miscavage.

Surviving are her sons Thaddeus M. Parry and Robert Allan Parry, both of Wilkes-Barre, brothers Robert Miscavage, Sarasota, FL, and Debra Schwab, Newtown, PA, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Church of the Immaculate Conception, 134 South Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA  18701.  Arrangements entrusted to the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA  18705.
