Deborah Ann (Switlavitch) Smith, 66, of Greensboro, North Carolina, passed away August 25, 2022, in Greensboro, NC.

Born in Plains on November 28, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Barbara (Antinovitch) Switlavitch.

Deborah was a graduate of Wilkes College attaining her Teaching Degree and taught school for a brief time. Later in 1998 she moved to Greensboro, North Carolina.

Surviving are her Husband Michael Smith, Greensboro, NC, Daughter Jessica Smith, and Son Michael Smith, both of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Sister, Elaine Salus and husband Thomas, Plains, PA, several nephews and nieces.

Memorial Mass will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 at 10:00 am in Saints Peter and Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road Plains, PA  18705, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. A Live Stream of the Funeral Mass will be on Saints Peter & Paul Parish FACEBOOK page. Inurnment will be held in St. Francis Cemetery, Plains.  Family and friends may call 9:00 am until the time of mass at church Friday morning.
