Atty. Frank P. Sabatini, Sr., 91 of Plains, Twp., passed away Monday afternoon, May 23, 2016 after a long illness.

He was the son of the late Giacinta and Francesco Sabatini of Plains. He was predeceased by his brother Vincent J. and sisters Lena Jameson and Adrienne Giovanelli.

Frank graduated from Plains Memorial High School in 1942, The University of Scranton in 1950, and Georgetown Law School in 1953. He served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1945. Frank served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration in Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre.

Frank is survived by his wife Tina Rocconi Sabatini, Plains, daughters Cynthia Sabatini, Media, and Lisa Becker and her husband John, West Chester, son Frank P., Jr., and his wife Lisa, Exeter, three grandchildren Frank P., III and his wife Anna, New York City, NY, Gina Sabatini and her fiancé Michael Mattei, Chicago, Ill, and Jack Becker, West Chester, nephews and nieces.

At Frank’s request, there will be no viewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 10:00 am in SS. Peter & Paul Church, 13 Hudson Road Plains, PA 18705, with Father John C. Lambert, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
