Antoinette Garibay, 89 of Plains Township and formerly of Iselin, New Jersey, passed away peacefully, April 12, 2018 at her home.

Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Immordino) Mondi.

Antoinette was business owner and operator.  She operated her own restaurant and two deli’s during her life.  She was also a licensed real estate and insurance broker, a Den Mother, and was an opera singer.  She was a member of the New Jersey Opera Guild.

She was preceded in death by her husband Raoul Garibay in 2004, infant grandson Damien Garibay and brother Charles Circo.

Surviving are her daughter Judith Sanchez and her husband Luis, Plains, sons Joseph Garibay and his wife Chul Hee, Elkton, MD, Raoul Garibay and his wife Barbara, Lindenwald, NJ, and Steven Garibay and his wife Linda, AZ, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sister Marie Merola, Keansburg, NJ, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
