Anne M. Adams, 101 of Wilkes-Barre Township, and formerly of Nipomo, California, passed away Thursday evening, December 15, 2022 at Highland Park Senior Living, Wilkes-Barre Township, PA.

Born in Patterson, New Jersey on January 8, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Alice (Buivcute) Baltuska.

Anne graduated from Eastside High School, Patterson, NJ.  Anne furthered her education at UCLA, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and her Master’s Degree in Library Science at Cal State Fullerton. She was employed for the Los Angeles, CA, school district as a high school teacher.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Adams, brothers Joseph and John Baltuska, and Sisters Elsie Baltuska and Frances Voveris.

Surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Anne will be held Monday, December 19, 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA  18705, with Deacon Donald Crane, officiating.  Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family in California.
