Anna E. Sudol, 94 of the Miners Mills section of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Saturday evening, April 18, 2015 at Elderwood Nursing Center, Waverly, New York.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, Anna was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Dubick) Keblish.

Anna was employed by Empire Dress of Wilkes-Barre until her retirement, and was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Church, Plains, and a former member of the Blessed Sacrament Church Ladies Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in February of 1986, sisters Margaret Haggerty and Helen Sumpolick, and brothers John and Joseph Keblish, and infant brother George Keblish.

Surviving are her son Francis Sudol and his wife Barbara, Sayre, PA, sister Monica Kaminski and her husband Thomas, Apalachin, New York, sister-in-law Rita Keblish, Wilkes-Barre, grandchildren Jennifer Terza and her husband Richard, Rebecca Majors and her husband Lawrence, Jr., and Rachel Fry and her husband Christopher, great-grandchildren Paul and Maria Terza, Phoebe, Elaine, Lawrence III, and Gabriel Majors, Sera and Trina Lord, Christopher, Jr., Michael and Alex Fry, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held Friday, April 24, 2015 at 9:00 am at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc., 20 South Main Street, Plains, PA 18705 with Office of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, 695 North Main Street Wilkes-Barre, with Father James Hayer, pastor, officiating. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery, Dallas.

Family and friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
